If you are using the PODCAST feature to watch recently added videos and it stops while playing the videos, the best thing to do is pause the video when it resumes playing.  By pausing the video it allows the video to download, so that it plays continuously without viewing the video with interruptions.

Selecting download is also an option instead of playing directly, however its better to do this overnight since the video files are bigger than 500mb. This video will then be stored on to your Apple TV, instead of playing off the internet.

*Please also note, if you are using a wireless "Wi-Fi" connection it will usually be much slower.  If you can, its best to hook up a wire straight from your Apple TV to your router.

To access the videos at Jaffari Center you would have to:

Go To The Menu: then select "Podcast" --> then you would select "Favorites"--> and then from there you would select "Jaffari ON-Demand".

To add Jaffari ON-Demand back to your favorites, if it was accidently removed.
Then, go to "Menu," "Search," and type "jaffari".  Then, select "Jaffari ON-Demand" and select "Add to Favorites"

In order for you to view Jaffari Center LIVE you would have to

Go To The Menu: then you would want to choose "nitoTV"--> after that you should select "Applications"-->after that select "Internet.app, or Firefox.app" this will launch the page where you will be able to view Jaffari Center Live.

When you are done watching Jaffari Center Live it is highly recommended that you pull out the power plug from the back of the Apple TV to restart it, to avoid interruptions and it will resume working faster.

If your Apple TV is slow or frequently freezes up the best thing to do in this situation is remove the power plug from the back of the Apple TV, and wait a few seconds then plug the power cord back into your Apple TV. This should resolve the problem and will return working at a faster speed.

Firefox updates automatically from time to time, and opens a new tab in the browser hiding Jaffari LIVE.

So to close the Firefox has been updated message, you need to hook up a USB Mouse to the back of the Apple TV and use click the "X" on the Firefox Update tab.  You cannot do this task without a mouse.

If your Apple TV remote stop's working, it most likely needs to be paired to your Apple TV again.

To Pair: Press and hold, "MENU" and the "LEFT ARROW" key both at the same time until use see a remote pair sign on your Apple TV screen.

For you to be able to view the updated pictures at Jaffari Center you would have to
Go To The Menu: then you would select "Photos" --> then you would want to select Flickr--> and then you would select jaffari.com which will allow you to view the updated pictures.

If you don't see jaffari.com listed, you can add it by selecting "Add Flickr Contact," then type "jaffari.com" for the Flickr Contact.

If you want to listen to Every Night Dua’s, Holy Quran, Matams, Audio Majlis you should
Go To The Menu: then you would choose "Music"--> from there you would pick the "My Music" option --> and from here you would want to choose "Playlist" or "Albums" or "Songs", which will allow you to listen to all of the audio files that are stored on your Apple TV.

If you want to view Dua-e-Kumail, Hadis-e-Kisa, the Holy Quran, and the Jaffari Jhuloos in a video format you need to
Go To The Menu: then you would select "Movies"--> and then you should select the "My Movies" option in order to view these movies.
